Reporting a problem with a tool

To help us reproduce it, include:

• the tool you were using, for example the DPI analyzer or the sensitivity converter
• your mouse brand and model, the DPI it is set to, and whether it is wired or wireless
• your operating system and browser, with version numbers if you have them
• for a conversion, the game, the sensitivity you entered and the result you expected

Outdated game values

Games occasionally change how sensitivity is scaled. If a conversion no longer matches what the game does, tell us which game and, if you can, where the new value is documented.

Suggestions and corrections

If there is a DPI tool you wish existed, or something on the site is inaccurate or unclear, tell us. Corrections to the written guides are especially welcome.

What we cannot help with

We cannot diagnose a specific mouse remotely or handle returns and warranty claims; those go to the retailer or manufacturer. The DPI analyzer and the guide on how to check mouse DPI are the best starting points for working out what is going on.
